Please fill out the returns section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange.
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.

We will accept defective merchandise returns within 30 days of original purchase date for replacement or merchandise credit only. In the event you receive merchandise that is defective, please
contact us for more information. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges and a replacement item will be sent to you.
Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 – 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once your return has been received, we will process your return within 7 days.
If you place your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
